CIPP™ – Certified Information Processing Professional is the only credential, most important and demanded, for BPO professionals in the field of data and transaction processing (Non-Voice). This certification will cover following areas of knowledge;

The certification is not based on memorization of the information, but rather a combination of familiarity with the knowledge areas and practical work experience. Candidates are responsible for demonstrating knowledge defined by a range of content areas.
 
Minimum Eligibility:

Graduate or any professional degree with 2 years of work experience(preferably in BPO/ Back Office).

Course Schedule:
 
  • Weekend batch (S-S) (2 full days) (9:30am to 5:30pm)
  • Weekday batches (M-F) (3 hours per day) (7:00am to 10:00am) / (2:00pm to 5:00pm) / (7:00pm to10:00pm)

Certification Award:
 
  • Participation certificates will be awarded on successful completion of the course.
  • For CIPP™ certification, you will have to appear for 3 hours exam (multiple choice questions) within 3 months of course completion.
Validity:
 
  • Participation certificates are valid for only 3 months.
  • CIPP™ certificate are valid for 3 years, and can be renewed thereafter.

    Renewals can be done by reappearing for the 15 hours updated course. Alternatively, the renewals can be obtained by submitting the white papers or thought leadership document or Implementation case studies or attending the relevant seminars, events and workshops (atleast 3 in 3 years).
